We're 4 days into 2009 and I've decided to take a good look at myself and identify a couple of areas upon which I need to focus: portion control and morning exercise.
I usually eat a small breakfast, if at all, and a normal lunch. On the other hand, I overeat dinner and snack until bedtime. I'm going to try to improve my dinner mealsize, as well as limit snacking and choose healthier alternatives. With regard to morning exercise, I lose the most weight when I exercise early...but I am NOT a morning person. Therefore, this will require great commitment and perseverance on my part.
