I hope everyone has had an enjoyable first week of 2009! I'm pleased to post that I have lost three(3) pounds this week and that I was able to find time to exercise at least 1/2 hour each day. I began the week walking and have managed to jog a couple of times, as well.
Eating has been up and down, as I have continued to struggle in the evenings, but I must admit that compared to the holidays I feel as though I'm doing much better...and the scale seems to agree with me ;-)
